As a Concrete Worker for our company in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. Your main duties will include preparing and pouring concrete, smoothing and finishing surfaces, and repairing damaged or cracked areas. You will also be responsible for operating equipment such as trowels, screeds, and power tools.

To excel in this role, you should have strong physical stamina and be able to work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete mixtures according to specifications
- Operate equipment such as trowels, screeds, and power tools
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Repair damaged or cracked areas by chipping out damaged concrete and filling with new materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in concrete work is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position for individuals without prior experience. Working hours may vary depending on project schedules but typically range from 25 to 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is $1000 per month. This position does not include accommodation.
