Junior Civil Engineer


We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and design of construction projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Conduct site investigations to gather data for project development
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Perform calculations to determine project feasibility and cost estimates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in civil engineering (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Norway
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with environmental regulations
