We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on construction sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, cost estimation, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills preferred).
- Valid work permit or visa for Norway.
