Heavy Equipment Operator - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Our company is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Os, Norway on a contract basis with visa sponsorship available. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. They will also have a strong understanding of safety procedures and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment according to project needs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are preferred but not required)

Salary: $1600 per month
