Glazier - Contract Position in Oslo, Norway



We are searching for a skilled Glazier to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo, Norway. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing glass and other materials in buildings, automobiles, and other structures. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting glass to fit specific spaces, safely installing glass panels using tools and techniques such as caulking or glazing compounds, and repairing or replacing any damaged or broken glass.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience working as a Glazier and possess strong technical skills. You must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications, as well as have excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. Attention to detail is crucial in this position to ensure accurate measurements and precise installation.

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. The salary for this role is 1100$ per week, with the possibility of overtime pay. Candidates must have their own tools and transportation to job sites within the Oslo area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Glazier
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of various glazing techniques
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately measure and install glass panels
- Must have own tools and transportation within Oslo area
- Must be able to work independently without accommodation
