Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Full Time


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Os! As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of building projects. Your main focus will be on technical aspects such as creating detailed drawings and specifications, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop designs that meet client needs and budget constraints
- Create accurate drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions for building projects
- Prepare detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to address any technical issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for all nationalities.
