Job Title: Preservation Architect

Our architecture firm in Os is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural history, building codes, and preservation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historic buildings and their architectural significance
- Develop plans for the preservation and restoration of historic structures
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the preservation process
- Utilize sustainable practices in all preservation efforts
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on preservation projects
- Stay up-to-date on new preservation techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, building codes, and preservation principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Passion for preserving historical structures

Salary: $1400 per month
