We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial construction projects, ensuring they meet the needs and specifications of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
