Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Os. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and team members, as well as ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in architectural project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and contractors are essential for this role. Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architecture projects from concept to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
