Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager in our firm located in the vibrant city of Os, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects. This position requires experience in architecture and project management, as well as strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks effectively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits if necessary

Salary: $900 per month
