Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Location: Os, Norway



As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality architectural designs
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of design proposals, presentations, and construction documents
- Review project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality assurance
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery
- Communicate with clients on project updates, changes in scope or budget, and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
