Entry Level Florist

As an entry level florist, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in floral design, customer service, and business operations. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong interest in flowers and design is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and arranging floral displays for various events and occasions
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Learn and implement proper care techniques for different types of flowers
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic of the shop through merchandising and keeping the store clean and organized
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of floral design and industry trends

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and take on new challenges
- Basic math skills for managing inventory and orders

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. As this is an entry level position, no prior experience is required.
