Executive Chef
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the vibrant city of Os, known for its rich culinary scene. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that align with our restaurant's concept and target audience
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials based on seasonality and customer preferences
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health codes
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
