Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are consistently maintained
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- No previous experience required - we provide on-the-job training!
- Must have a passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
