Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Os, Norway
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our seasonal restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, budgeting, and inventory management
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
