Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and test radio equipment and systems according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with radio systems
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient operation of radio equipment
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field of radio communications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics or telecommunications is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and equipment, including two-way radios, antennas, repeaters, etc.
- Familiarity with different types of radio systems such as analog, digital, trunked systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good physical stamina for working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
