Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Work closely with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits

Salary:
1600$ per month
