Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant in our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing correspondence, creating and updating documents and spreadsheets, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month in the city of Os, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
