Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Os, Norway is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas for various construction projects. This job is suitable for men with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct precise land surveys using advanced equipment and techniques
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate project planning and development
- Identify potential issues or obstacles in land areas that may affect construction plans
- Monitor and maintain survey equipment to ensure accuracy
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software for data analysis and mapping
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.

This job is based in Os, Norway. Applicants must have their own visa.
