Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales goals. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes in products or services
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Valid work permit for Os, or ability to obtain one upon employment
