We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition

- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a sales team
