We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Azerbaijan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients through research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Present products or services to clients in a persuasive manner
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the same industry)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (required) and English (preferred)

Salary: 1200$ per month.
Location: Os, Azerbaijan.
