Carpenter

We are a construction company based in Os and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to blueprints
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures using hand tools
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment used in carpentry work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills etc.
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods
- Good mathematical skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time

Location: This job is located in Os but candidates from other cities within the country are welcome to apply.

Salary: The salary for this full-time position is 1500$ per month.
