Housekeeping Assistant

We are in need of a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our establishment in Oslo, Norway. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the building are kept clean, sanitized and well-organized. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors on a daily basis
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies
- Change bed linens and make beds in guest rooms
- Collect and dispose of trash from rooms and common areas
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this position
- Must have good physical stamina as this job requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring high standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
