We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. You should have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating unique and stylish looks for your clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired hairstyles or grooming services
- Provide consultations on haircuts, colors, and styles
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to clients' preferences
- Shave and trim facial hair using clippers or scissors
- Perform beard trims and mustache trims
- Provide scalp massages during shampooing services
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workstations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Upsell products such as styling products or beard oils to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of current hairstyles, trends, and techniques
- Proficiency with barber tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to client's needs and provide professional recommendations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in cosmetology or barbering preferred
-Successful completion of an apprenticeship program or barber school
-Must hold a valid barber license
-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
