Courier Supervisor

The Courier Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our courier team in Os, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a courier or logistics role, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our courier team
- Assign routes and schedules for deliveries
- Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure all packages are delivered on time and in good condition
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding delivery services
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline delivery processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a courier or logistics role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in using technology for tracking deliveries
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Organizational skills with attention to detail

Location: Os, Norway (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
