Handyman for Property Maintenance in Os, Norway


We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Os, Norway. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including repairs, installations, and general maintenance work on our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and be able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and patching walls
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas including mowing lawns and clearing snow
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to handle physical workload including lifting heavy objects and working at heights when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
