We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, and performing general office tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
This position offers a salary of 900$ per month and does not require previous experience or accommodation on site. However, applicants must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
