Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. They will work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special offers
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor competition and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the front office, reservations, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry events
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Location: Os (visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
