The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Os, Norway. This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. They will also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential new markets and business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop innovative sales approaches
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to sales performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Norwegian is an asset)
- Valid driver's license
