The Guest Services Concierge will provide exceptional customer service and support to hotel guests in Os, Norway. As the first point of contact for guests, the Concierge will be responsible for providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, making reservations and arrangements for guests, and addressing any guest concerns or requests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other activities as requested by guests
- Offer recommendations for local attractions and events
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Accommodation is not provided but free visa and ticket will be provided.
