IT Manager



We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Bergen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and operations. This includes managing our network infrastructure, software applications, and hardware installations. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect our data and systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Plan, organize, and supervise all IT operations
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software
- Ensure data security by implementing security measures and conducting regular backups
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to staff
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software applications, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
