Network and Systems Administrator


We are in need of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Bergen. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our network and systems infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are running efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Manage user accounts and access control for various systems
- Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to plan and implement system upgrades
- Provide technical support to end users for any network or system related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
