Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as virus scans and updates
- Keep track of inventory of computer equipment and supplies
- Train users on new hardware or software as needed
- Create technical documentation for processes and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with remote support tools preferred

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1000$ per month.

This position is located in Bergen, Norway.
