Computer Support Specialist


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Bergen. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating software, and maintaining computer systems. You will also be responsible for training users on new systems and software.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and update software on computers
- Maintain computer systems, including backups, security updates, and system maintenance
- Train users on new systems and software
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Document all technical support activities in our system
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to constantly learn new technologies

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide free visa assistance and ticket reimbursement for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen but we welcome candidates from any nationality who are willing to relocate.
