Front-End Web Developer


A growing digital agency in Bergen is seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As the Front-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a remote position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create visually appealing and functional websites
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
- Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
- Troubleshoot and fix any website issues or bugs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front-End Web Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Understanding of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Bergen. You must have your own computer equipment and high-speed internet connection.
