Data Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and software tools
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g. R, SAS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred:
- Experience working with big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
