Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into machine learning solutions
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Work on feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation
- Optimize existing models for improved performance
- Explore new techniques and tools to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues with data quality, model performance, or system integration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling concepts and algorithms (e.g. regression, clustering)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
