Information Security Analyst


As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information from cyber threats and attacks. This position is based in Bergen and offers a salary of 1100$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities with a valid visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company's network for any potential security breaches or suspicious activity
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, etc.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures in new systems or applications
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cyber threats and recommend necessary actions to prevent them

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
