Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in software development using relevant technologies such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing teams, driving results through effective leadership techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
