Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience in project management or team management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and support team members to ensure project success
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Provide guidance and support to help resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for projects
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify areas for improvement within the team processes
