As a Project Manager in Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project scope changes and ensure all stakeholders are informed
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry (minimum 3 years)

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (fluency in English)
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
