Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and finalization of projects within the city of Bergen. Your duties will include coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as managing project teams and communicating with stakeholders. You must have at least 5 years of experience in project management and possess strong leadership skills. Accommodation will be provided if needed and candidates with their own visa are preferred. This position is open to all genders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
- Allocate resources to tasks and manage project team members
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen (accommodation provided if needed)

Visa: Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
