Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, create project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members to track progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare regular status reports for upper management
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions when issues arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Bergen, Norway (free visa and ticket provided)
