Project Manager



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bergen. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and performance against established objectives
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate project status updates to clients, team members, and stakeholders regularly
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
