Data Analyst - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights to support decision making. Your main duties will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources, as well as creating reports and visualizations to communicate your findings.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in data analytics and be able to work with complex datasets. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Develop strategies for improving data collection and analysis processes
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)
