Contract Tester

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Tester to join our team in Bergen. As a Contract Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of software applications and systems to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tester
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
- Ability to create detailed test plans and cases
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing on software applications and systems to identify bugs, defects, and issues
- Develop detailed test plans and cases based on project requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure functionality, performance, and usability standards are met
- Record test results and communicate any issues or defects found to the development team
- Collaborate with other team members to identify solutions for identified issues
- Continuously monitor the quality of the software throughout the development process
