Online Consultant - Part Time (Bergen, Norway)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online platforms.

Salary:
As a part-time position, the salary for this role will be 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries
- Develop strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for improvements in the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates to effectively assist customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working with online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a biometric passport or be able to obtain one
