Online Consultant - Bergen, Norway (Contract)



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through online platforms. Your main goal will be to offer personalized assistance and recommendations to clients regarding the products or services offered by our company.

Your duties will include responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products or services, and offering guidance on how to make the best use of them. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

This is a contract position based in Bergen, Norway, with the potential for extension based on performance. Though prior experience is not required, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
