Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator for our online community in Bergen, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our members. You will monitor and moderate discussions, answer questions, and enforce community guidelines. Your role is essential in fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that the community remains a safe space for all members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions within the online community
- Engage with members by answering questions, providing support, and facilitating conversations
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate channels
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve the community experience
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and topics within the community to facilitate relevant discussions

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Familiarity with online moderation tools is preferred but not required
- Must have authorization to work in Bergen
